KEYSTONE HABBIT = GAME CHANGER




Today, I want to talk about Keystone habits and how they can significantly impact our lives in many different ways. A Keystone habit is a small change that can have a big impact on other areas of our lives. It is like a central stone at the summit of an arch, locking the whole together.

There are many different Keystone habits that people can adopt, and the sooner you learn it, the more benefits you can get from it. One Keystone habit that I have learned is exercise. I made up my mind to go to the gym at least three times a week, without any excuses. At first, I did it to win a bet, but over time, it became a significant part of my life, which has influenced my direction in many different ways.

Research has shown that regular exercise not only improves physical health but also helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition, exercise can also help to increase cognitive function and productivity, which is why it's one of the best Keystone habits to adopt.

But the benefits of Keystone habits go beyond just exercise. When you adopt one Keystone habit, it often leads to other good habits. For example, after adopting exercise as a habit, I started to work on mental conditioning, learning practical skills like storytelling, branding, marketing, and salesmanship, and gaining confidence.

The outcome of this simple event was truly amazing, and I now have a habit of learning every morning at 5 am. I call it the 10,000-hour project, which will help me become the best version of myself.

There are many different Keystone habits that people can adopt, and each person's experience may differ. Some people may find that meditation or journaling is their Keystone habit, while others may find that reading or spending time with family and friends is their Keystone habit.
